Sometimes, you just want more. When this vintage Land Rover Defender D110 landed in our hands, we knew the restoration had to deliver more power, more efficiency, and more performance. And if the original specs fell short, we went above and beyond to make it happen.

How do you transform a classic Defender into a beast? By making it roar. We boosted its already rugged capabilities by installing a growling 420hp GM LS3 6.2L V8 engine. This upgrade transforms the vintage off-roader into a true powerhouse, delivering far more power than the stock engine with the added benefit of smoother acceleration.

Paired with a six-speed 6L80 automatic transmission, the D110 now offers an effortless shifting experience - whether you're on long highway drives or tackling rocky off-road terrain. But for those power moments, we installed a tap shifter to manually override what the TCU dishes up (though that’s pretty good after we carefully tuned and calibrated the gearbox shift-points).

Behold: this custom Land Rover Defender D110 is now an unstoppable overland vehicle, ready to climb steeper grades, tackle difficult terrain, and maintain consistent speed in the harshest conditions. Thanks to enhanced cooling systems and fuel efficiency upgrades, this Defender performs better, for longer.

A custom legend

Since with great power comes great dependability, installing a Wilwood big brake kit front and rear and integrating it with a hydroboost felt like a necessary upgrade. This custom brake setup improves stopping power and braking precision—key for a Defender with a high-performance engine.

But it’s not just about raw power. We wanted this Defender to be modern and comfortable, too. The dash was upholstered in leather with contrast stitching and the steering wheel upgraded to a racy Momo wood-rim unit. Gauges got swapped out with our own custom Legacy Overland white-face gauges. That’s why we upgraded the interior with a double din screen, featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Enjoy high-quality sound with an integrated amplifier and premium speakers, while USB charging ports keep you connected on every journey. Air conditioning was installed and a custom rear A/C system was engineered and installed - everyone in the cabin needs comfort!

For added convenience and security, we installed an alarm system with central locking system and remote start. The custom upholstery adds a personal touch to the classic interior, while the Puma style hood ensures you’ll make a bold statement wherever you go.
